SAKE PARK 7杯 is Friday 13 November 15:00–19:00, Saturday 14 November 12:00–19:00, Sunday 15 November 12:00–18:00 on the rooftop lawn of Miyashita Park, 6-20-10 Jingumae. Last pour 30 minutes before close. About a three-minute walk from Shibuya Station on the east side. Heiwa Shuzo posted the seventh edition on PR TIMES on 4 September 2026. Advance tickets ran on Makuake from 4 September to 13 November 22:00. Bring the ticket. Do not assume a door sale. About 28 breweries from Hokkaido to Nagasaki, three craft-sake houses, the Noto project, live music, yakitori and stews. That is the event. It is not permission to drink on Center-gai.
The lawn is the legal version of drinking in Shibuya
Shibuya-ku bans drinking on public land around the station, Center-gai, and Miyashita Park from 18:00 to 05:00 every day of the year. Halloween and New Year are the weeks they staff that ban harder. A ticketed pour on the 4F lawn is the version the ward can live with: a fenced field, a ticket, a last pour, you leave. Walking a masu down Meiji-dori or into Center-gai after 18:00 is the version that gets you stopped. The lawn sits above RAYARD. Toilets and a coat are downstairs. The park itself is 08:00–23:00, closed 29 December to 3 January, which does not affect this weekend.
First-time breweries this round include Goshikikumo, Nito, Miyoshi, Taka, Yokoyama. Music: Asuka Aotani, Sonoko Inoue, Yuichi Ohata, Suzume no Tears, Minyo Crusaders small set. Theme: 五穀豊醸, music for sake. You stand. You talk to the brewer if the stall is not a wall. You do not need Center-gai for atmosphere. The atmosphere is a rooftop park in November, which is cold. Bring a layer.
The same weekend is already full
Forest of Lights opens 13 November at 17:30 in Yoyogi, a timed ticket, last entry 21:00. Fiesta de España is 14 and 15 November at Yoyogi Event Square. Pick one afternoon. Miyashita is east. Yoyogi is north. The scramble is neither. If you came to Shibuya to drink in the street because a 2018 video said so, that video is older than the ordinance.
The lawn is Jingumae 6-chome, which is the east roof, not Harajuku’s Cat Street. Miyashita Park shuts 29 December to 3 January for the year-end close. That does not touch this mid-November weekend. If you want a second pour after 19:00 on Friday, the legal options are a paid bar, not the pavement. Sunday closes at 18:00, which is also the start of the street ban. Leave the roof with an empty hand. RAYARD downstairs is shops, not a second bar. Hub facts, brewery list, and hours live on the event page. Release: PR TIMES 4 September 2026.
