About This Event / イベントについて
Shibunan Matsuri 2026 is the second edition of a community festival at Shibuya Bridge (Higashi 1-chome), an eight-minute walk from JR Shibuya's New South Exit. Organiser Global Agents runs it with Tokyu on Sunday 13 September, 11:00–18:00, under the theme tsunagaru (connecting).
The date matches Shibuya Hikawa Shrine's reitaisai. A mikoshi procession is planned to include the Bridge, and Asakusa rickshaw house Kicchoya will run a free loop between Shibuya Station, the shrine and the venue (same-day, first-come). Expect noren and oversized lanterns in the arcade, a kids' DJ set, an upcycle-stamp workshop, craft and bakery stalls in the A-building pilotis, and food trucks along the greenway.
Admission is free. Workshops and purchases are extra. Severe weather cancels; ordinary rain does not.

Use JR Shibuya New South Exit, then walk eight minutes east.
JR渋谷駅新南口から東へ徒歩約8分。
Rickshaws are first-come; expect a wait around midday.
人力車は先着。昼前後は待ちやすい。
Pair with Hikawa Shrine's afternoon mikoshi around Shibuya-bashi.
午後は渋谷橋周辺の氷川神社神輿と組み合わせを。
Bring a bag if you join the T-shirt stamp workshop.
