第49回渋谷区くみんの広場 ふるさと渋谷フェスティバル2026 is Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 November, 10:00 to 16:00, rain or shine, at Yoyogi Park Event Square plus the paths, outdoor stage, ball fields, and basketball court. Free. The ward news of 15 October 2026 set the theme: 渋谷に集まれ！ここは多彩な文化のスクランブルマルシェ. That “scramble” is a metaphor. The venue is the park. Organiser: Kuminn no Hiroba committee inside Cultural Promotion. Phone 03-3463-1142. Co-hosts: Shibuya-ku and the board of education. Tokyo Metropolis is a backer. Running since 1978.
Saturday 09:30–11:30 a youth parade with instruments walks the park edge. Inokashira-dori and Koen-dori take traffic control. Hachiko Bus detours. Read the special site for the map before you drive anything. Tents: ward groups, sister cities Honolulu, Miraflores (Lima), Üsküdar (Istanbul), and domestic partners including Chino in Nagano. Stamp rally for saplings and city goods. Go, shogi, and mahjong in E zone. Recycle and food-drive desk in G zone: dishes, pans, stuffed toys, unopened food with a month of shelf life. No game consoles, picture books, Japanese dolls, or dirty items.
Saturday extras: Akita dog from 13:00, Tokyo Sankyu Phoenix and Ricoh Black Rams rugby, K-1, street-sports project. Sunday: ice sculpture in C zone, Iida apples in G zone while they last, pony brushing and timed rides, FC Tokyo, Sunrockers Tokyo, Alvark Tokyo, TOKYO DIME. Stages are local choirs, dance, Awa odori, Shorinji kempo, kappore. Harajuku Gate Stage posts a running order on shibuya-fes.online.
This is the civic day tourists skip because they stay at the scramble. Locals bring kids, eat sister-city food, and leave by 16:00. No parking, no bike park inside the site. Nearest: Yoyogi-Koen, Harajuku, Meiji-jingumae, Yoyogi-Hachiman. Art Festival week is still on 7–8 November at Hikarie and Miyashita. Do not confuse the two. Special site: shibuya-fes.online. Saturday morning: Inokashira-dori and Koen-dori are closed for the parade. Use the Metro.
土曜午前は井の頭通り・公園通りが規制。地下鉄で来る。
No parking. Come from Yoyogi-Koen or Harajuku.
駐車場なし。代々木公園駅か原宿。
Sunday pony and apples are limited. Morning is safer.
日曜のポニーとりんごは数量限定。午前が安全。
