If you’re looking for the tastiest, freshest and uniquely amazing treats the Shibuya Tokyo Food Show is a must visit. It’s popular so will be busy but 100% worth it!

Shibuya Tokyu Foodshow is a department store food hall that has been a pioneer of Japan's depachika culture since it first opened in 2000. Spread across multiple zones on the first floor and basement of Shibuya Mark City, plus the underground Shibuchika passage, it brings together dozens of vendors selling everything from bento boxes and sushi to wagashi, chocolates and fresh groceries. The first floor is dedicated to a sweets zone brimming with patisserie counters and confectionery gift sets, whilst the basement houses a fresh food and grocery zone where you will find prepared dishes, deli items and seasonal specialities. The newly branded SHIBUYA FOOD ISLANDS section adds a discovery element, spotlighting curated bites from across Japan. Located directly beneath the Hachiko Statue and connected to Shibuya Station, the Foodshow is virtually impossible to miss. Hours generally run from 10:00 to 21:00, though individual vendor times vary. It is an essential stop for anyone wanting to assemble a picnic, pick up omiyage souvenirs or simply sample the extraordinary variety of Japanese takeaway food in one place.
