The space functions as both an observation deck and a casual bar lounge, with seating arranged to maximise the panoramic views. It has become a popular spot for photography, particularly at dusk when the crossing's lights and the surrounding neon create a cinematic backdrop. The rooftop also hosts occasional events and art installations featuring both Japanese and international artists. Access is via MAGNET by Shibuya 109, with an admission fee for the observation area. Opening hours are typically 10:00 to 22:00, though these may vary for special events. It can get busy during golden hour and at weekends, so arriving early in the day offers a quieter experience.
