This chain offers japanese songs in romanji, and is easy to understand for non-japanese speakers. You have to order a drink to use the karaoke, and if you go past 4pm it can become expensive. I recommend going from 12pm-3pm when its cheap.

Karaoke Manekineko's Shibuya Chitose Kaikan branch is a no-frills karaoke spot on the 5th floor of the Chitose Kaikan building, just a four-minute stroll from Shibuya Station. Part of the popular Manekineko chain, it delivers the dependable formula of private rooms, extensive song catalogues and wallet-friendly rates that have made it a staple of Japanese nightlife. The rooms range from cosy booths for couples to larger spaces for groups, all equipped with up-to-date touch-screen karaoke systems. Drink and snack options are available to order from your room, keeping the singing uninterrupted. Weekend hours extend to 24-hour operation, making it a reliable late-night option when other venues have closed. Opening hours vary by day: weekdays generally run from midday to 6 am, whilst Saturdays and Sundays offer round-the-clock singing. It is a straightforward, good-value choice for anyone wanting a casual karaoke session in central Shibuya.
