HULIC &New Shibuya is an urban commercial building developed by Hulic Corporation and designed by architecture firm ETHNOS, opening its doors in May 2017. The steel-framed structure spans approximately 2,121 square metres of floor space and accommodates a curated mix of shops and restaurants across its compact footprint. The building's architecture is notable for its interplay of glass and steel, with a distinctive 20 mm clearanced glass facade that gives the interior a bright, open atmosphere. Tenants range from casual dining spots to specialist retailers, making it a convenient stop for both meals and browsing in the Udagawacho neighbourhood. Located at 31-1 Udagawacho, the complex is roughly a five-minute walk from Shibuya Station via any of its multiple rail lines. It operates year-round with no fixed closing days, though individual tenant hours may vary.
