I saw something online and wanted to buy, so I went to the Ikebukuro store, but it wasn't there, so I went to the Harajuku store instead. I looked around the store but couldn't find the item I was looking for, but I saw a mannequin wearing it and picked it up, looking for a staff member. A staff member noticed me right away and checked their stock. It seemed like they had searched quite hard for it. I received the item as it was the last one left. They apologized for taking so long, and were very polite. This may be a biased opinion, but I've never had an experience like this with overseas fast fashion stores like H&M or ZARA, so I was happy. The staff member was a woman. I had a pleasant shopping experience. Thank you.
