About Konno Hachimangu
Konno Hachimangu is the shrine the place-name Shibuya grew around. Enshrined is Emperor Ojin. The honden was given in the early Edo period and is a Shibuya-ku tangible cultural property. Konno-zakura on the grounds is a ward natural monument. Daily 日供祭 09:00–09:30, monthly rites on the 1st and 15th. Anyone may sit in. Prayer needs a phone booking first (03-3407-1811). Hikarie is five minutes. Tourists who only do Hachiko never see it. This is a shrine. Do not type it as a mall.
